By using the Precision Legal Consultancy FZ LLC website (the “Site” or “Precision Legal Consultancy”) or by using or purchasing any services on this Site, you hereby expressly agree to follow and be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”) and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
In these Terms, the words “you”, “your” and “I” refer to each client, Site visitor, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Precision Legal Consultancy and “Services” refer to all services provided by us.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If at any time you find these Terms unacceptable or if you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Site or any Services. We may revise these Terms at any time without notice to you.
YOU AGREE THAT BY USING THE SITE, ANY APPLICATIONS, AND THE SERVICES YOU ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE AND YOU ARE LEGALLY ABLE TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT.
Precision Legal Consultancy FZ LLC provides an online legal portal to give visitors a general understanding of the law, an automated software solution (the “Application”) to individuals who choose to prepare their own legal documents.
Precision Legal Consultancy does not provide any legal advice in connection with the free or paid Services, and those free or unpaid Services are not substitutes for the advice of a lawyer. The Services made available on the Site may not be suitable for you in your particular circumstance as no general advice or Services can fit every circumstance. It is thus your responsibility to take legal advice from a lawyer when using any Services on the Site. Precision Legal Consultancy does not accept any liability for any losses incurred by you as a result of your use of the Services on the Site.
The legal information contained on the Site is not legal advice and is not guaranteed to be correct, complete or up-to-date. Therefore, if you need legal advice on a specific issue, you should consult a lawyer.
Where Precision Legal Consultancy assists you in relation to any advice on the laws of jurisdictions other than the UAE, any such advice is given based on the research conducted on the laws of such jurisdictions. On a case-by-case basis, on your specific request, Precision Legal Consultancy can procure legal advice from lawyers in relevant jurisdictions. The relevant fee/cost shall be payable by you in advance.
Precision Legal Consultancy strives to keep its legal documents accurate, current and up-to-date. However, because the law changes rapidly, Precision Legal Consultancy cannot guarantee that all of the information on the Site or the legal documents are completely up-to-date.
From time to time, Precision Legal Consultancy may perform certain lawyer access services and introduce our visitors to lawyers through various methods. At no time is a lawyer-client relationship fostered or created with Precision Legal Consultancy through the performance of any such services.
This Site and the Services are not intended to create any lawyer-client relationship, and your use of this Site does not and will not create a lawyer-client relationship between you and Precision Legal Consultancy. You will be representing yourself in any activity you undertake through the Site. A lawyer-client relationship will only be created when you are advised by a Precision Legal Consultancy lawyer on any specific issue.
In connection with any Services, we do not review your answers for legal sufficiency and we do not accept any responsibility for any incomplete or incorrect information provided by you in connection with the paid Services.
Precision Legal Consultancy respects your privacy and permits you to control the treatment of your personal information. A complete statement of Precision Legal Consultancy´s current Privacy Policy can be found in our Privacy Policy. Precision Legal Consultancy´s Privacy Policy is expressly incorporated into these Terms by reference.
When you open an account to use or access certain portions of the Site or the Services, you must provide complete and accurate information as requested on the registration form. You will also be asked to provide a user name and password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You may not use a third party´s account, user name or password at any time. You agree to notify Precision Legal Consultancy immediately of any unauthorized use of your account, user name or password. Precision Legal Consultancy shall not be liable for any losses you incur as a result of someone else´s use of your account or password, either with or without your knowledge. You may be held liable for any losses incurred by Precision Legal Consultancy, our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, and representatives due to someone else´s use of your account or password.
This Site and Application are owned and operated by Precision Legal Consultancy. All right, title, and interest in and to the materials provided on this Site and Application, including but not limited to information, documents, logos, graphics, sounds, and images (the “Materials”) are owned either by Precision Legal Consultancy or by our respective third-party authors, developers, or vendors (the “Third Party Providers”).
This Site may contain links to websites controlled by parties other than Precision Legal Consultancy (each a “Third Party Site”). Precision Legal Consultancy works with a number of partners and affiliates whose sites are linked with Precision Legal Consultancy. Precision Legal Consultancy may also provide links to other citations or resources with whom it is not affiliated. Precision Legal Consultancy is not responsible for and does not endorse or accept any responsibility for the availability, contents, products, services or use of any Third Party Site, any website accessed from a Third Party Site or any changes or updates to such sites. Precision Legal Consultancy grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our free or paid legal documents and agreements forms (the “Legal Documents”) for your personal use. Except as otherwise provided, you acknowledge and agree that you have no right to modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance or in any way exploit any of the Forms in any manner, except for modifications in filling out the Legal Documents for your authorized use. Any unauthorized use of any Legal Documents contained on this Site or Application may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.
By purchasing or downloading legal documents, you agree that such documents may only be used by you for your personal use and may not be sold or redistributed without the express written consent of Precision Legal Consultancy.
At various locations on the Site or through the Application, Precision Legal Consultancy may permit visitors to post ratings, reviews, comments, and other content (the “User Content”). Contributions to, access to, and use of the User Content are subject to this paragraph and the other terms and conditions of these Terms. Precision Legal Consultancy is not the publisher or author of the User Content. Precision Legal Consultancy takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
Although we cannot make an absolute guarantee of system security, Precision Legal Consultancy takes reasonable steps to maintain security. If you have reason to believe system security has been breached, contact us for help.
If Precision Legal Consultancy´s technical staff finds that files or processes belonging to a member pose a threat to the proper technical operation of the system or to the security of other members, Precision Legal Consultancy reserves the right to delete those files or to stop those processes. If the Precision Legal Consultancy technical staff suspects a username is being used by someone who is not authorized by the proper user, Precision Legal Consultancy may temporarily disable that user´s access in order to preserve system security. In all such cases, Precision Legal Consultancy will contact the member as soon as feasible.
Precision Legal Consultancy has the right (but not the obligation), in our sole and absolute discretion, to edit, redact, remove, re-categorize to a more appropriate location or otherwise change any User Content.
THE SITE, APPLICATION, AND ALL MATERIALS, DOCUMENTS OR FORMS PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR APPLICATION ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRECISION LEGAL CONSULTANCY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
PRECISION LEGAL CONSULTANCY MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT:
(A) THE SITE, APPLICATION, OR THE MATERIALS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS;
(B) THE SITE, APPLICATION, OR THE MATERIALS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON AN UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE BASIS;
(C) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SITE, APPLICATION, OR ANY MATERIALS OFFERED THROUGH THE SITE OR APPLICATION, WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; OR
(D) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SITE, APPLICATION, OR IN RELIANCE ON THE MATERIALS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
OBTAINING ANY MATERIALS THROUGH THE USE OF THE SITE OR APPLICATIONS IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND AT YOUR OWN RISK. PRECISION LEGAL CONSULTANCY SHALL HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY CONTENT, MATERIALS, INFORMATION OR SOFTWARE.
EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW, YOU WILL HOLD PRECISION LEGAL CONSULTANCY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS HARMLESS FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE, HOWEVER IT ARISES (INCLUDING LAWYERS’ FEES AND ALL RELATED COSTS AND EXPENSES OF LITIGATION AND ARBITRATION, OR AT TRIAL OR ON APPEAL, IF ANY, WHETHER OR NOT LITIGATION OR ARBITRATION IS INSTITUTED), WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, OR ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY CLAIM FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, ARISING FROM THESE TERMS AND ANY VIOLATION BY YOU OF ANY LAWS, STATUTES, RULES, OR REGULATIONS, EVEN IF PRECISION LEGAL CONSULTANCY HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW, IF THERE IS LIABILITY FOUND ON THE PART OF PRECISION LEGAL CONSULTANCY, IT WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES, AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THERE BE CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
When accessing Precision Legal Consultancy or using the Precision Legal Consultancy legal document preparation Service, you agree to obey the law and you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of others. Your use of the Service and the Site is at all times governed by and subject to laws regarding copyright, trademark and other intellectual property ownership.
The site is made available for your personal use on your own behalf.
Minors are not eligible to use the Site or Application and we ask that they do not submit any personal information to us.
By using this Site or any Applications, you expressly agree that your rights and obligations shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Most client concerns can be resolved quickly and to the client’s satisfaction by contacting us. In the unlikely event that the Precision Legal Consultancy Customer Care is unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction (or if Precision Legal Consultancy has not been able to resolve a dispute it has with you after attempting to do so informally), we each agree to resolve those disputes through binding arbitration.
Any dispute arising out of the formation, performance, interpretation, nullification, termination or invalidation of these Terms contract or arising therefrom or related thereto in any manner whatsoever, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the provisions set forth under the DIAC Arbitration Rules (“the Rules”), by one arbitrator appointed in compliance with the Rules.
Precision Legal Consultancy, precisionlegal.ae, the colored document logo, all images and text, and all page headers, custom graphics and button icons are service marks, trademarks and/or trade dress of Precision Legal Consultancy.
You acknowledge that Precision Legal Consultancy reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to cancel user access at any time.
